Maybe your best friend stood you up or you're stranded after the last tube with no taxis in sight. Life happens, but that’s no reason to miss out on the occasion – take a cue from our party heroines, and don’t let the moment go.
This party season we gave our boldest, brightest styles a sprinkling of magic with some of the freshest creatives around (including Emmy-award winning filmmaker, Christine Yuan), for a short film you might have spotted on your TV screens.
The director’s view. How Christine Yuan brought our party to life:
“I fell in love with the characters and what they mean: they not only ooze charisma and character, but they embody River Island. They’re natural, diverse, aspirational – unafraid to live out their everyday lives with a little bit of magic in it.”

“When I started working on the film, I was reminded that not everything works out exactly to plan. I related quite a lot to our three protagonists. What starts off as a missed train turns into something more intriguing.”
