EASTER RICE POP TREATS


Before you get started - gather together your ingredients. This is what you'll be needing:


Ingredients

300g marshmallows

150g unsalted butter

200g rice pops such as Rice Krispies

200g white chocolate

1 or 2 packs of chocolate mini eggs

METHOD


- Put the butter and marshmallows in a pot on a medium high heat, stirring with a non-stick spatula until combined.


- When melted, take off the heat and add the rice pops, making sure they are well mixed.


- Place the rice pops mixture into a lined baking tray and flatten the top using the back of a spoon.


- Melt 200g of white chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, mixing after each interval.


- Pour over the rice pop mixture and shake the tray to even out.


- Crush the chocolate eggs and sprinkle on top.


- Put in the fridge for at least an hour.


- Cut into squares and enjoy!
