What’s your top tips for applying false lashes like a pro?

First, we suggest loosening the spine of the lash strip to ensure they sit with the curvature of your lash line. If you’re using one of our clear band styles, such as Cover Girl, feel free to skip this stage!

For a professional look, we suggest trimming down your lashes. This is a vital next step, especially if you have a smaller eye shape!

To avoid clumpy-looking lashes, DO NOT go overboard with glue! Too much adhesive can be harmful to your natural lashes. Our top tip is to wait at least 30 seconds until the glue is tacky and to only apply a thin line along the lash band.

Finally, apply your lashes with a steady hand or applicator - tweezers can be your best friend here to achieve that faultless fit. The goal is to make sure there is no gap between your lashes and the lash line. Once you’ve nailed that, you can consider yourself a false lash professional – congrats.

We still want to use our favourite eye make-up; how do you recommend we do that used alongside false lashes?

We don’t recommend using a lot of mascara, that’s for sure! All our lashes are made with 3D faux mink, and mascara can actually damage the quality and style of the lashes.

If you want to complete your look with your favourite eye makeup, try to avoid any oil-based or waterproof products that can cause the glue in your extensions to break down.
