Or ‘brightliner’ to the beauty editors amongst us. From cat eye flicks to cut creases, colour on the lid is the new trend to try. Black liner is a classic but neon orange, electric blue and punchy pink shades are here to shake your upper (and lower) waterline up. For a fresh and modern face, go for the clean girl aesthetic - very minimal, dewy skin and feathery brows - with a surprising swipe of colourful liner.
